A person who makes, alters, repairs, transports, stores, provides services for or performs labor on a chattel at the request of the owner of the chattel has a lien on that chattel for the reasonable or agreed charges for the labor or services the person performs and for the materials the person furnishes in connection therewith.   • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
