Any person who violates the provisions of this article after notice as prescribed in § 52-3-120 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days. Each film showing in violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
