Terms Used In Tennessee Code 47-18-5536
- Tennessee Consumer Protection Act: means the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act of 1977, as amended, compiled in part 1 of this chapter and related statutes. See Tennessee Code 47-18-2102
If an act or practice of a provider violates both this part and the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act of 1977, compiled in part 1 of this chapter, an individual may not recover under both for the same act or practice.
