Terms Used In Tennessee Code 55-50-333
- Department: means the department of safety acting directly or through its duly authorized officers and agents. See Tennessee Code 55-50-102
- Person: means every natural person, firm, copartnership, association or corporation. See Tennessee Code 55-50-102
Whenever any person after applying for or receiving a license moves from the address named in the application or license, or when the name of a licensee is changed for any reason, the person shall within ten (10) days thereafter notify the department of the change or changes.
