Terms Used In Tennessee Code 56-51-132
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Department: means the department of commerce and insurance. See Tennessee Code 56-51-102
- Limited health service: means dental care services, vision care services, mental health services, substance abuse services, and pharmaceutical services. See Tennessee Code 56-51-102
The department shall examine the affairs, transactions, accounts, business records, and assets of any prepaid limited health service organization, in the same manner and subject to the same terms and conditions that apply to health maintenance organizations under § 56-32-115.
