Terms Used In Tennessee Code 56-51-133
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
- Limited health service: means dental care services, vision care services, mental health services, substance abuse services, and pharmaceutical services. See Tennessee Code 56-51-102
Section 56-32-111 shall apply in its entirety to determine what assets, liabilities, and investments are acceptable for a prepaid limited health service organization.
