Terms Used In Michigan Laws 289.4123
- Food: means articles used for food or drink for humans or other animals, chewing gum, and articles used for components of any such article. See Michigan Laws 289.1107
- Shellfish dealer: means an interstate wholesaler handling shellfish. See Michigan Laws 289.1111
(1) A food establishment license is not transferable as to the holder or the location.
(2) A shellfish dealer certificate is not transferable as to the holder or to the location.
(3) A bottled water registration is not transferable as to the holder or the location.
