(1) A license applicant or license holder shall submit in writing to the director a change in approved plans and specifications. Written approval must be obtained before construction under the approved plans and specifications.
    (2) Upon request of the director, a license applicant or license holder shall submit as-built plans, clearly showing the work as constructed.

Terms Used In Michigan Laws 289.6111

  • Director: means the director of the department or his or her designee. See Michigan Laws 289.1107
  • in writing: shall be construed to include printing, engraving, and lithographing; except that if the written signature of a person is required by law, the signature shall be the proper handwriting of the person or, if the person is unable to write, the person's proper mark, which may be, unless otherwise expressly prohibited by law, a clear and classifiable fingerprint of the person made with ink or another substance.   • License holder: means the person who is legally responsible for the operation of a food establishment including the owner, the owner's agent, or other person operating under apparent authority of the owner and who possesses a valid license to operate a food establishment. See Michigan Laws 289.1109
