- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This chapter does not apply to a person selling only eggs that are produced by the person’s own flock and for which the person does not claim a grade.
