Terms Used In Texas Agriculture Code 134.004
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Department: means the Department of Agriculture. See Texas Agriculture Code 1.003
The department, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Texas Animal Health Commission, and the Parks and Wildlife Department may contract with state, federal, or private entities for assistance in carrying out the purposes of this chapter.
