Terms Used In Texas Finance Code 123.206
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Signature: includes the mark of a person unable to write, and "subscribe" includes the making of such a mark. See Texas Government Code 312.011
A credit union may:
(1) act as fiscal agent or transfer agent;
(2) transfer a registered and countersigned certificate of stock, bond, or other evidence of indebtedness; or
(3) guarantee a signature.
