Terms Used In Texas Finance Code 152.005
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The commissioner may require a person claiming to be exempt from licensing under § 152.004 to provide information and documentation to the commissioner demonstrating that the person qualifies for the exemption claimed.
