- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person may not instruct or represent that the person is an instructor of a court-ordered program to which this chapter applies unless the person holds an instructor license issued under this subchapter with the appropriate endorsement for that program.
