Terms Used In Texas Government Code 443.020
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Any person who shall make or have made or keep in his possession a pass or master key to the rooms and apartments in the state capitol, unless authorized to do so, shall be fined not exceeding $100.
