- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person may not construct, alter, repair, or extend, or cause to be constructed, altered, repaired, or extended, an on-site sewage disposal system that does not comply with this chapter and applicable rules.
