- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person whose license or registration has been revoked, a person who has surrendered a license or registration issued by the commission, or a person whose application for a license or registration has been denied after a hearing under § 1101.657 may not apply to the commission for a license or registration before the second anniversary of the date of the revocation, surrender, or denial.
