(a) The commission shall cooperate with a district attorney, a criminal district attorney, a county attorney, the Department of Public Safety, the attorney general, or a peace officer in enforcing this subtitle.
(b) The commission, under commission authority to obtain criminal history record information under § 2023.057, shall maintain and exchange pertinent intelligence data with other states and agencies.
