Terms Used In Texas Special District Local Laws Code 3816.158
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The district may not impose an assessment or impact fee on the property of a person that provides gas, electricity, telephone, sewage, or water service to the public.
