Terms Used In Texas Special District Local Laws Code 5201.003
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The legislature finds that all land and other property in the district will benefit from:
(1) the creation of the district; and
(2) the construction, acquisition, and maintenance of the improvements and facilities authorized by this chapter.
