- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The board may appoint or employ an engineer, attorney, or accountant. A person appointed or employed under this section is entitled to compensation provided by the district’s budget.
