- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
In addition to any penalty imposed under this chapter, a person convicted of an offense under § 522.071(a)(5) may be penalized or disqualified under 49 C.F.R. part 383.
