(1)  There is established within the Department of Commerce the Division of Consumer Protection.

Terms Used In Utah Code 13-2-1

  • Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(2)  The division shall administer and enforce the following:
