At the time and place advertised, or at any time or any place to which the public hearing may be adjourned, the board of trustees shall:

hold a public hearing on the budgets tentatively adopted; and |

- Budget: means a plan of financial operations for a fiscal year which embodies estimates of proposed expenditures for given purposes and the proposed means of financing them, and may refer to the budget of a particular fund for which a budget is required by law or it may refer collectively to the budgets for all such funds. give all interested persons in attendance an opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund. |
