Terms Used In Utah Code 4-34-105
- Donee: The recipient of a gift.
- Organization: means a corporation, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, two or more persons having a joint or common interest, or any other legal entity. See Utah Code 4-1-109
The county may provide for the inspection of donated agricultural products by the county health officer upon the request of the donee nonprofit charitable organization to determine whether the products are fit for human consumption.
