(1) The department shall publish reports summarizing all judgments, decrees, and court orders which have been rendered under this chapter, including the nature of the charge and its disposition.
Terms Used In Utah Code 4-5-106
- Department: means the Department of Agriculture and Food created in Chapter 2, Administration. See Utah Code 4-1-109
- Food: means :(8)(a) an article used for food or drink for human or animal consumption or the components of the article;(8)(b) chewing gum or chewing gum components; or(8)(c) a food supplement for special dietary use that is necessitated because of a physical, physiological, pathological, or other condition. See Utah Code 4-5-102
- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
(2) The department shall disseminate information regarding food which it considers necessary in the interest of public health and for the protection of consumers against fraud.(3) Nothing in this section prohibits the department from collecting, reporting, and illustrating the results of investigations made by the department.
