The
commissioner shall revoke and repossess the
identification card of any
person who has:

furnished false or forged information or evidence in support of any application for any identification card; or |

- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Identification card: means a card for identification issued under this part. See Utah Code 53-3-802
- Person: means :Utah Code 68-3-12.5
