Terms Used In Utah Code 53B-7-805
- Bequest: Property gifted by will.
- Devise: To gift property by will.
- Endowment: means the Higher Education Student Success Endowment created in Section 53B-7-802. See Utah Code 53B-7-801
- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
- Person: means :Utah Code 68-3-12.5

A person may make a contribution, gift, grant, bequest, or devise, or loans to the endowment.
