As used in this chapter:
Terms Used In Utah Code 71A-6-101- Administrator: means a state veterans nursing home administrator selected in accordance with Section 71A-6-103. See Utah Code 71A-6-101
- Board: means any state veterans nursing home advisory board. See Utah Code 71A-6-101
- Home: means any state veterans nursing home. See Utah Code 71A-6-101
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

“Administrator” means a state veterans nursing home administrator selected in accordance with Section 71A-6-103. |
| (b) |
“Board” means any state veterans nursing home advisory board. |
| (c) |
“Home” means any state veterans nursing home. |
