Terms Used In Utah Code 76-10-1007

  • Person: means an individual, public or private corporation, government, partnership, or unincorporated association. See Utah Code 76-1-101.5
     Every person who adopts or in any way uses the registered trademark of another without the consent of the owner thereof, is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
