Terms Used In Utah Code 76-10-1509

  • Person: means an individual, public or private corporation, government, partnership, or unincorporated association. See Utah Code 76-1-101.5
     Any person who unlawfully obstructs or impedes by force or violence, or any means of intimidation, the regular operation of a bus is guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
