Terms Used In Utah Code 76-10-523.5

• Concealed firearm: means a firearm that is:

  (i)	covered, hidden, or secreted in a manner that the public would not be aware of its presence; and

  (ii)

  readily accessible for immediate use. See Utah Code 76-10-501 Person: means an individual, public or private corporation, government, partnership, or unincorporated association. See Utah Code 76-1-101.5      Any person, including a person licensed to carry a concealed firearm under 7, shall comply with any rule established for secure facilities pursuant to Sections 53B-3-103, 76-8-311.1, 76-8-311.3, and 78A-2-203 and shall be subject to any penalty provided in those sections.
