Terms Used In Utah Code 76-10-807

  • Person: means an individual, public or private corporation, government, partnership, or unincorporated association. See Utah Code 76-1-101.5
     A person who knowingly violates any judgment or order abating or otherwise enjoining a public nuisance as defined under Section 76-10-803 is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
