76-8-1201. Definitions. As used in this part:

“Client” means a person who receives or has received public assistance. |

Terms Used In Utah Code 76-8-1201
- Person: means an individual, public or private corporation, government, partnership, or unincorporated association. See Utah Code 76-1-101.5

“Overpayment” has the same meaning as defined in Section 35A-3-102. |

“Provider” has the same meaning as defined in Section 26B-9-101. |
| (4) |
“Public assistance” has the same meaning as defined in Section 35A-1-102. |
