Utah Code 76-8-810. Violation of order relating to use of highways — Classification of offense

Under the Utah Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
class C misdemeanor	up to 90 days	up to $750

Whoever violates any order made under the immediate preceding section shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
