All moneys paid to a school district under s. 20.255 (2) (ac), (bc), (cg), and (cr), shall be used by the school district solely for the purposes for which paid. Such moneys are exempt from execution, attachment, garnishment, or other process in favor of creditors, except as to claims for salaries or wages of teachers and other school employees and as to claims for school materials, supplies, fuel, and current repairs.
