A board may contract with any other law library board, law library association, superior court, or legal-related entity, including a self-help group or other organization that provides a similar service, to provide public law library services as may best carry into effect the purposes of this chapter.

  • board: means any entity listed in Section 101, the entities referred to in Sections 1000 and 3600, the State Bar, the Department of Real Estate, and any other state agency that issues a license, certificate, or registration authorizing a person to engage in a business or profession.   • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Public law: A public bill or joint resolution that has passed both chambers and been enacted into law. Public laws have general applicability nationwide.
