The preparation of plans and specifications of any public building constructed pursuant to this article shall be the responsibility of the board.

Terms Used In California Government Code 53804
- Board: means the legislative body of the local agency. See California Government Code 53800
- Public building: includes any structure, building, facility, or work which a local agency is authorized to construct and automobile parking lots, landscaping, and other facilities, including equipment, incidental to the use of any building, and also includes the site thereof, and any easements or rights-of-way appurtenant thereto or necessary for its full use.
