  • Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
  • bonds: includes bonds, warrants, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness of a local agency, zone or improvement district except those which under Section 18 of Article XI or other provision of the Constitution of the State of California are required to be authorized at an election.   • Brand: means any mark, name or device filed as a brand under this article. See California Business and Professions Code 14425
  • City: includes "city and county" and "incorporated town" but does not include "unincorporated town" or "village. See California Government Code 20
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
