Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-4802
- Director: means the director of the budget. See Kansas Statutes 75-4802
- Division: means the division of the budget of the department of administration. See Kansas Statutes 75-4802
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
As used in this act, unless the context otherwise requires:
“Division” means the division of the budget of the department of administration.
“Director” means the director of the budget.
“State agency” means all departments, boards, commissions and agencies of the state of Kansas.
