1. Penal institutions. “Penal institutions” includes a jail, prison, penitentiary, house of correction or other place of penal detention.

Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 15 Sec. 1461

  • Grand jury: agreement providing that a lender will delay exercising its rights (in the case of a mortgage,
