§ 2009. Additional requirements of notice where tax to be authorized to be levied in installments. Where any proposition is to be submitted to an annual or special district meeting or election authorizing a tax to be levied in installments as a condition precedent to the issuance of obligations of the district the notice of the meeting shall, in addition to complying with the requirements of this article, also comply with the requirements of § 416 of the local finance law.
