Ohio Code > Title 33 > Chapter 3314 > § 3314.25 - Computer-based schools to provide location for statewide tests

Each internet- or computer-based community school shall provide its students a location within a fifty-mile radius of the student’s residence at which to complete the statewide achievement tests and diagnostic assessments prescribed under sections 3301.079 and 3301.0710 of the Revised Code.
