A district medical examiner, deputy medical examiner, assistant district medical examiner or designated pathologist is deemed to be an officer or employee of a public body for purposes of ORS 30.260 to 30.300 while acting as a district medical examiner, deputy medical examiner, assistant district medical examiner or designated pathologist. [1995 c.744 ยง13]
