ORS § 166.432 to 166.445 and the amendments to ORS § 166.416, 166.418 and 166.460 by sections 9, 10 and 11, chapter 1, Oregon Laws 2001, shall be known as the Gun Violence Prevention Act. [2001 c.1 § 2]
