Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 13 Sec. 2507

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 2507. Larceny conviction in burglary or robbery prosecution

A person arraigned and tried for burglary or robbery may be convicted of larceny, if the jury finds that offense proved.
