- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- incorrect collections: means any amounts collected from a beneficiary (or someone on his or her behalf) that are not authorized under subpart C of this part. See 42 CFR 489.40
