Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
property: includes both real and personal property. See Alabama Code 1-1-1

All damages which the wife may be entitled to recover for injuries to her person or reputation are her separate property.
