Alaska Statutes 25.25.102 – State tribunal and support enforcement

(a) The superior court and the child support services agency are the tribunals of this state.

state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

(b) The child support services agency created in Alaska Stat. § 25.27.010 is the support enforcement agency of this state.
