AS 25.25.702 – 25.25.714 apply only to a support proceeding under the convention. In such a proceeding, if a provision of AS 25.25.702 – 25.25.714 is inconsistent with Alaska Stat. § 25.25.101 – 25.25.616, AS 25.25.702 – 25.25.714 controls.
