When a governing board has adopted a resolution pursuant to Section 35110, the school districts under its jurisdiction may transfer funds between the districts to the extent permitted by § 6 of Article XVI of the California Constitution.

  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
